Become an In Our Own Voice Presenter

In Our Own Voice

Are you interested in becoming an In Our Own Voice presenter? We are signing up interested volunteers to organize a NAMI Central Oregon In Our Own Voice training.

In Our Own Voice training is empowering. It helps you frame your experience as mental health recovery and gives you the tools to share your story in a way that resonates with audiences in an impactful way.

The training ensures that you are mentally prepared to retell painful experiences, which can be triggering without support tools to ensure telling your story is a moment of reflection, recovery, and strength, honoring what you’ve been through and how far you’ve come.

If you want to become an In Our Own Voice presenter, please contact our Program Manager at programs@namicentraloregon.org.
